Mario, the concierge and his team are the living proof of why you should stay in a good hotel when in Italy. His degree of professionalism was second to none and his contacts within the town were perfect. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Breakfast was delicious service friendly and efficient. I also loved the afternoon snacks and pre dinner wine was a treat! Staff from reception were absolutely fantastic helping us whenever we needed. Friendly and went beyond expectations! We loved the bikes too! Lucca was amazing to see with the bikes.

The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the breakfast was broad enough to cater for a wide range of preferences. Of particular note were the highly responsive, friendly staff who helpfully found me accommodation nearby for one night when they were unable to extend my booking. Exceptional service in a pleasing, relaxed setting.

I can only agree with what has already been said in previous reviews. Both the historical building with elegant modern rooms and the very kind hosts/property owners only add to the charm of Lucca. So all I can add is I wish we stayed longer!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Lovely host, with an elegant and convenient home. Breakfasts are substantial and everything is fresh. Rooms are sparkling clean with beautiful furnishings and modern bathroom facilities.

It's exactly as in the pictures, very comfortable and good overall quality. It feels newly renovated. We liked that they provide excellent shampoo and soap The location is good, about 20min walk from the town's main attractions. Great place for a visit to this beautiful town!

Greeted with Irene - very kind lady who gave us lots of tips what to do and where to go in the town and other locations. The room was clean, cozy with a little balcony to the inner houses area. Very quiet place.

Very conveniently located. Near to city center, shops and parking. Very nice owner. Response always in max 5 min. They have immediately accommodated all our requests.
