We have stayed for 3 days, and this was my absolute best hotel experience (and we have been to various, well known high end hotels before). The service, rooms, cleanliness, nature, ambiance, breakfast, kindness of the owners were some of the best things I can highlight… the only thing that I would like to change would be bringing my kids here because I know that they would also love it. The property was lovely. Lots of farm animals, gardens and a lovely pool. It was located a little out of the town so it was quiet and peaceful. It was nice having the restaurant there and the food was very good.

This beautiful 16th-century stone house is in the Umbrian hills and has lovely views of Lake Trasimeno. It is an ideal location for a relaxing break.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!

The location was beautiful, an hours drive from all the major towns we wanted to visit. Pool was perfect! The kitchen was small but very functional.
