Very spacious, we loved the huge terrace with summer kitchen, amazing views, close to the beach and the marina, modern interior design -all was wonderful. The owners were very accommodating!

First of all, the area is very beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful, so you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean, there was air conditioning, a fridge and a private bathroom with hot water. There is a private parking space in front of the gate. A sweet self-service breakfast with coffee or tea is available every morning on the veranda. We had a problem with a leaking shower head the first day but it was fixed the next day.

We were on few beaches in Sardegna, but the beach next to the apartment is the most beautiful. Moreover there are the most expensive and beautiful yachts. The stuff of the apartment is very nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean, has a big shadowed terrace and well equipped kitchen. Also there are smart TVs with netflix. We enjoyed our 10 days family holidays very much!

Great location near some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, such as Rena Bianca and Liscia Ruja. The accommodations are very basic but clean. The whole structure of buildings is very big, with a mini market and pool. They also offer free daily transfers to Rena Bianca beach.

This place is simply amazing! First of all, the owners are fantastic, they made us feel like home as soon as we arrived. They showed us the property, and gave us many advices. The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast included everything you could wish for, from the best cappuccino to fresh fruits and tasty croissants. Also, having breakfast on the terrace with sea view was stunning. The property is surrounded by amazing nature and is located in a very strategic position. You can reach all the hotspots of Costa Smeralda within 20 mins. Thank you Ivana and Stanislao for having us at your fantastic place, we really enjoyed your hospitality to the fullest!
