Villa Costanza has a way to make you feel at home. It is not too close to the station, to a very quiet traditional Italian neighborhood, but close enough to find your way about Venezia in a day. The staff was exceptionally communicative and friendly and was there around the clock. They even have a patio for smokers, so you don't have to stand on the pavement.

Excellent service and warm welcoming. Spoke English very clearly. Recommend to anyone visiting Venice. The breakfast was delicious. My car was safe and did not have to worry about. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
