Beautiful hotel, situated right next to the main square of the town. Our room was large, with beautiful high ceilings, and the most incredible view of the town sprawling below and of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside beyond. The room had great wardrobe space, a desk, dresser, sofa and armchairs. The bathroom facilities were great, really good water pressure and water got hot very quickly. The room was very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The rest of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and has a small roof terrace accessible during the day. They had parking available at a small car park 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff, always happy to help.

This is a really lovely property near Montepulciano. I stayed in a room at the back, behind reception and it was so peaceful. The breakfast was great and the owner was personable.

Accommodation with the right historic atmosphere in the old town, but with modern facilities, including airconditioning and elevator. It is within walking distance from restaurants, monuments and parkings. Nice and quiet room with a small rooftop garden. Friendly owners. Gay-friendly. Dog-friendly. Optional breakfast is with tickets to obtain, against reduced tariff, at nearby Café Poliziano, either a small Italian style breakfast (but a sophisticated version) or a complete breakfast. We would stay here again, and cannot think of anything to improve.

Surroundings was very beautifal, amazing place, somewhere in the walleys. Room was very nice. Clean and even some complimentary Coffee and Milk. And bisquits, Kids loves it. And all the things you need to have Italian Coffee, you have from the house. Even a complimentary bottle of Montepulciano red wine, too good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Restaurant nesr was very good. You can play pingis in the ground. Very good beds and complimentary Shampoo and stuff.
