The location is perfect (we walked to all major attractions). I can’t rate the staff friendliness and helpfulness enough, had an issue with the booking (double booked) and had to cancel one even though it said not refundable Marta at reception helped in getting a full refund. Farook also deserves a special mention as he helped a lot with everything and not only our heavy luggage.
