The property is a renovated family apartment on the ground floor of a house in a residential area. Plenty of room for 5 people, and the place was sparkling clean with parking inside the property. There is a small lake with a nice buvette for afternoon drinks, across a local restaurant that serves really good pizzas. Plenty of things to see and do around the area, will definitely stay at this place again should we decide to go back in the region. Daniele was a very helpful host, and being from the area provided us with great tips on sights and dining advice.

Il Sasso Bianco is indeed a lovely place, exceedingly well decorated with very high quality materials and a perfect location overlooking Lake Varese and its beautiful surroundings. Owner Franco is a very gracious host with personal attention to details, offering delightful breakfast choices and personally prepared original dishes (fritatta verdura!). A special thanks also to Minu, who is keeping the place in immaculate condition and is ever so helpful. Perfetto!!!

The property is gorgeous. The owners are very very friendly! Breakfast is amazing with especially all the fresh fruit, lots from their own garden! All the reviews are correct! A big plus is the swimming pool with lots of chairs and shade.

the location is very good, close to the lake (and specifically to the park and bike rental shop). The hosts were very kind. Convenient parking space. Very good breakfast.
