Giacomo and his wife are lovely. The property was gorgeous and peaceful and the view-breathtaking. I loved the gardens. The inside of the house was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was just a short 2-3 minute drive to the beach. I love that it was away from noises and lots of people. I only wish we could have stayed longer and gotten to know this sweet family better.

A wonderful little hotel – cozy, spotless, with a lovely balcony overlooking a lush green garden. The room had everything I needed, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. There’s a supermarket just around the corner, and the historic city center is within easy walking distance. At the same time, the hotel is located in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. I came for the beautiful jazz festival in Fano and was really happy I chose to stay here.

It's the second time we have stayed here, both times for hospital visits. The host very kindly gave us a lift to our morning appointment. The breakfasts are freshly made, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms bright and pleasant. Everything works, no snags, and next time we will come for a more leisurely visit.

The grounds are gorgeous. We stayed in the tower room and it was amazing on each of the four floors. Beautifully decorated. It was great to have a small kitchenette as well. An unforgettable experience.
