We loved the homey feeling that was present. Everything we needed in a clean and comfortable space.

The Cliff hotel was amazing, my partner and I can't stop talking about how wonderful the place is, even my 3 year old had an amazing time. The scenery was lovely, the decor all over the hotel and the room were beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and beautiful, wouldn't change anything. It was just simply home away from home. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly even the ones that was just passing by. They are very helpful as well. I remember the night when we arrived we decided to go to the pool and was bringing our room towels and a staff member told us that there should be towels by the pool and she went out of her way to ensure that they were still towels there and found us and gave them to us. After checking out we decided to stay awhile to enjoy the pool and a gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or supervisor gave us a room to put down our stuff and to even shower after. That showed us how much they look out for their guests. Simone who did my mani and pedi did an excellent job as well, I loved the service she provided. The rooms were clean, bathroom were updated and looking amazing, bed was so comfy you will just fall asleep in no time. Everything was functional. The food we ordered for breakfast and dinner for the 3 of us was 10/10. The presentation was wonderful, they all tasted great, the portion was great as well. The Cliff hotel is where you would go to relax, chill and entertain yourself with all the activities you can do on property like the pool, dart, connect 4, pool volleyball and other games provided. It's just peaceful. It's not a big hotel with lots of stuff going on but you can make the best of it with your traveling partners.

Very cool jungle property in West End, good kitchen, nice hang out area. great place to meet backpackers which is rare in Jamaica. quieter and less stressful than being in the city.

Central, clean, cute and the people that own as are so lovely! It’s just a perfect little get away. It’s not Sandals….that is not us..it’s a perfect sized little apartment, with everything needed for our stay!! It even has a beautiful pool!!!!!’

The breakfast was delicious and very affordable You should definitely try their blue mountain coffee $3 I had ackee and salt fish $9 I also had callaloo and salt fish which was $8 or $9

The property was beautiful and very well kept. I was really surprised because the front of the property was quite unassuming. The service was top-notch, from the Room Attendant to the Security Guard. Speaking of the Security Guard..... Cosmo (his name) was a breath of fresh air. We arrived really late for check-in so front desk had already closed so of course panic had set in. But he came out and reassured us that everything was fine as he had the keys and we could sort out payment etc with the front desk the following morning. I was very very pleased with the entire experience. Will definitely be back.

We loved the courtesy and professionalism of staff, access control to the property, swipe cards for accessing the rooms, the maintenance of the property and the view of the beach.
