The staff were amazing and kind, always attentive and ready to help. We stayed in the cafe room, and it was spacious and well equipped with all of the modern necessities for a nice vacation stay. My friend and I highly recommend this place for business or pleasure travel.

The host is extremely nice and a good conversationalist. She keeps her home very very clean. The bathroom was very nice, with a shower and a warm bath tub. The restroom was fancy to me, compared to the other toilets around japan. The rooms are very nice, one has a full desk and the other a nice sized coffee table. A small tv, fridge, and microwave are provided. There is a Don Quijote about 6 train stops down the line and non-touristy restaurants and shops in the area to visit if you are ok with walking long distances. It's at the very end of the Toei Subway-Mita Line which is both convenient and also not convenient depending on time and where you are going.

Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

First off, let me shout out Lana, who provided me with the most welcoming and pleasant service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She practically glowed with warmth, and was both very generous and patient. Talking to her felt like meeting an old friend. Thank you for everything Lana :) The location itself is incredibly accessible and conveniently located. We adored the style and design of the interior, very warm and tasteful, not to mention exceptionally clean. The lighting of both the exterior and interior is beautiful as well. Incredibly comfortable atmosphere overall and makes you want to spend more time there. We stayed in a King room and felt right at home, and in fact would have loved to move in!
