Very nice place, very Japanese, the canteen is very nice and has a perfect view for the cute garden. Nice onsen experience, very polite and helpful staff, very nice owner of place gave us a ride to the park. Actually it’s a best place I stayed in Japan, even it’s a hostel 🤍🤗

We had an awesome time celebrating our 5 years wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us an upgrade to an Annex suite "Zangetsu" which was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, with incredible views and very well taken care of infrastructure. The food was great. If you are looking for a 5 stars real Japanese experience, this is the place to be. Special mention to Kenji who made sure that our stay was as good as it could be. Kenji, you are a very kind guy.

We booked this accommodation because of the private open air bath. And we are very pleased of it. We are also very happy because the staff made us very feel special. They have attended all our needs from arrival to dropping us off to the bus station. The traditional Japanese breakfast was superb. The area is near Lake Ashi and Hakone Shrine where you can further relax and enjoy nature.

Yusakaso is a recently renovated ryokan in Hakone where guests can make the most of the open-air bath and shared lounge. Built in 1957, the property includes hot spring bath and public bath.

My partner and I loved the traditional dinner and breakfast that was served in our rooms, we weren’t expecting it and the woman who brought it to us was so sweet. We loved both the public and private onsen, and appreciated the women only hours. This was such a special experience and one of the highlights of our trip.

One of the highlights during our Japan trip. Beautiful room, excellent dinner and breakfast and a wonderful Onsen. We booked the private Onsen for 45min. A huge Thanks to the hotel and restaurant staff for their friendly and perfect service. We loved it!
