Overall giving this a great rating as the onsen is truly spectacular. The shared taxi was prompt to take us to the Airport early in the morning. The onsite restaurant was also very tasty.

Only stayed 1 night before a flight out and it was absolutely perfect. Between the free shuttle to the airport and the amazing breakfast, it was everything I needed. The room was very clean and had everything that was needed for a great night of sleep before heading home.

My partner and I stayed in the deluxe room, which was absolutely enormous; you could've easily fit 8 people in there. There was a washing machine, stove, USB ports & dimmer switches in the room as well, which were all very convenient.

We were extremely happy at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right outside the train station. Very comfortable room, nice beds and pillows. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and nice.

Only 3 minutes after the exit of the Shinkansen in Hiroshima making it easy access to train and busses. Staff was exceptionally good and the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone who want a good night sleep and not to worry of how to get to your next accommodation.

Great location, close to station, spacious for our family. The host Very communicative even sent us pictures how to get to the room. Everything we needed! Recommend use and I’d stay here again.
