Exquisite hospitality, especially from Ken, who is an excellent host, with deep family roots in the area, and truly knows his tea. You stay in a converted farmhouse with an unbelievable tea field view out the window. Ken can arrange just about anything you need in the area, and he is a willing and caring concierge. The food on-site is excellent, at least on par with a good izakaya. Thank you Ken for a wonderful stay!

This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. Yukie and Kevin are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make this a really memorable stay. Together with their lovely cats they really make it feel like you're at home. They drove us from and to the train station, provided interesting trip ideas and even gave a caligraphy lesson. The breakfasts were amazing and each dinner was full of great food and laughter. The futon beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. Thanks once again for an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.
