Everything! The hosts were friendly and helpful, they even recommended new spots to visit! The room was spacious and there were nice common areas, everything was super clean and the area around the house is beautiful. The house it’s a bit far from the station but they can pick you up and drop you there by car. It was a great stay!!! 100% recommend :)

The location was excellent, very close to ski lift and rental place (about 5 minute walk across a parking lot). Breakfast was great with daily specials included (ham & eggs, french toast, etc.). The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa, who is the manager and personally checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed and to give tips on local food and how to get around. The atmosphere overall was like being part of the family. We particularly liked the large dining room / bar area where you can come down after a long day and play games to relax. The rooms were simple, but absolutely adequate for a family of 4. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, which is very important after a day of skiing.

The cottage was very clean with lots of amenities; the dryer particularly came in handy. The cottage also supplied bath towers which was really nice. Awesome view of the mountains around the area. The little garden for the BBQ was really nice. Very nice to hang out in the living room / kitchen area - very comfortable for us and our dog.

Everything was wonderful from pre-stay to checkout. The communication with the host was excellent. So much space, beautiful view, and everything you need. Loved it!

We liked our family room, it was plenty of space for our family of four. it was a warm and cozy lodge where you could hang out by the fire and have a snack or play a game or head down to the basement and play some wii. Breakfast was a new lovely surprise every day all of which were delicious, though also had tasty cereal, toast or yoghurt options. Jessie and Cassie are lovely managers, making sure all guests are comfortable and even helping us get where we needed to go. This helped to negate the small trek to restaurants (just over a km - which seems long sometimes after a day of skiing). We were there during a blizzard that got over a metre of snow in 24 hours and we felt warm and safe. Jessie, Cassie and later Rachel all helped make our stay perfect. My 11 yr old insisted I write this review as he loved the place so much!
