The grounds were beautiful and spacious, as was the room, though it definitely showed some wear. Each meal we had was varied and delicious/interesting, with many different things to try. We loved the in room onsen and the views. The ryokan is located in a lesser visited area, so the area was very quiet and chill - more "small town" feeling (which we liked). We took the nearby cable car to the Mt Fuji viewpoint, which had great views and was uncrowded on a weekday.

The meal provided was tremendous, and the interior of the building was exceptionally better than I had expected. The baths were also lovely and relaxing and available at various times. I would recommend it to others.

    Beautiful, authentic, very relaxing stay. Would recommend for couples as it has the opportunity for private onsen baths which were so nice (there are also public onsens). The rooms were really spacious and tea services were provided in the rooms. The dining experience was really unique with all of the separate dishes and super high quality. The town is small so whilst I'm sure there are other places to eat, there is no need to do that. Also super fun to go to the panorama park and get brilliant photos of Mount Fuji.

    We visited this onsen hotel last year. This year we came to this hotel again to join a day of onsen. It was very relax and peaceful. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious, a lot of variety and everything was very tasty. The room is small but very cozy. I had the same experience as last year and my family loves this onsen hotel.

    With two kids we had a great time there. Nice room condition and staff are also very genentle. The breakfast is simple and good enough. There are convience store and amazing izakaya nearby. We r willing to stay kona someday.

    The room was big enough for family, and the private bathroom and Onsen can chooses by individual. Staffs are very helpful.

    Great Japanese ryokan, all the staffs are excellent especially the lady served my family is exceptional friendly, 10 out of 10 customer services. The food is delicious, the public and private hot springs are beautiful. Highly recommended and will come back

    EVERTHING!! The most hospitable staff imaginable, we were treated like family, warm reception, we ate a traditional dinner and breakfast that was made and served with such beauty and respect 🙏. Our family of 4 loved everything. The onsen was relaxing and rejuvenating. We loved staying here so much.
