Gosyo Gekkoujyo is an outstanding experience from start to finish. The exceptional staff made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Our room had an outdoor cave onsen that we never wanted to leave. The food was the highlight - we spent over four hours a day eating. Incredible staff who took care of every detail. The location is gorgeous and very close to Mt. Aso and several other natural attractions—perfect for nature lovers. We booked the private onsen several times and really enjoyed it. The breakfast and dinner had a variety of choices we enjoyed. The hotel even let us use purchase our yukata. Great experience!!!
