This is an exceptional experience. The owner of KOMINKA guest house went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He even went out of his way to pick me up from the train station and dropped me off as well the next day. He took me to his favorite onsen bathhouse. Afterwards He made me dinner and put on a performance with the many different instruments he plays. His english is very good and was able to communicate with me, who knows little to no japanese. If you are looking for a truly authentic mountain japanese experience, I urge you not to miss the opportunity to stay at the KOMINKA guest house while in Japan.

Such friendly price and homy atmosphere and great curry. We had dinner and breakfast. Mango Lassie reminded me of India. Of course it was Indian brand. The owner is very friendly and a hard worker.
