Loved everything. The service was great and the private hot spring was the highlight of the trip. The location was close enough to town with lots of things to do. They have a complimentary shuttle bus service to take you everywhere. I will definitely return if I go to Japan again.

For our vacation we wanted to experience a ryokan with hot springs and this place was amazing! The service was impeccable and the in-room dinner was elegant. We also enjoyed exploring the village and taking the gondola up Mt. Rokko.

The cabin was completely beautiful. It gave off a homely atmosphere that made us all feel like we were at home. The owner was very informative of the area, gave us snacks and a bottle of wine. Honestly. The best short-term rental we have all ever used. I would come back in a heartbeat. It made our family trip all the more memorable. Also, it is in a very convenient location with a short walk to the hot spring facilities and the cute town.
