Excellent traditional breakfast. Amazing temple across the street. Easy access to Narita airport. The onsen was comfortable and open 24 hours. Great first stop in Japan.

Rooms were clean. Area was small but as expected, but was still able to open a large suitcase fully on the floor . A baby cot was provided on request . Location was close to the train station , with two lawsons nearby.

We only stayed the one night in between arriving and catching the snow shuttle the next morning. The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, plus quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The shuttle to and from the hotel is excellent and was a huge factor in me choosing this hotel.

Loved how attentive the staff was, The room was very clean and well maintained. They provided us with night suits which I appreciated because that way we could just pack up all our clothes the night before! Having a 24hr convenience store in the hotel is a great way to ensure that the guests' needs are met at any time.

Everything - absolutely loved our experience. Location was spot on and shuttle service to Narita was easy to use. The staff was very helpful & prompt. We booked a suite & it was a massive room well endowed with everything one needs at a very reasonable cost especially by Tokyo’s standards. The view from the room was immaculate. In house Family Mart was an added bonus.

I stay at this hotel every time I have to fly from Narita airport, the location and the shuttle bus service are very convenient. The front desk staff are exceptional, they are very helpful and remembered my family even after a year. The playroom and pool are perfect for guests traveling with small children. The price is very reasonable, I will obviously stay there again.
