Absolutely gorgeous home! As a westerner, the traditional japanese style was breathtaking. This home is very spacious for 2 people and there were so many incredible details to the property. Best of all, our host, Mizuho went above and beyond to help us with our stay. We took the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route to Nagano early in the morning on the day we checked out. Mizuho helped us plan out our journey and she offered to drive us to the train station very early in the morning. It was very generous of her and made our trip through the route possible when we had trouble scheduling a taxi. She is a wonderful host and we had a fantastic stay.

Toyama Excel is just a 3-minute walk from JR Toyama Train Station. It offers a daily breakfast with fresh fruits. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property.

Absolutely amazing hotel, good food and great onsen. They will bus you to and from the hotel at no extra cost. Great stay before taking the tateyama alpine route. Staff are very kind and helpful.

The place is super spacious even though we had 10 people. The owner was extremely kind and efficient in assisting us and replied really quickly. The best owner I have encountered so far! The place is clean and is within 5 minutes walk from the nearest tram station. There was a supermarket and a local public hotspring within walking distance. The futon beds were very comfortable.
