The hotel is beautiful and conviniently located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the monorail as well as Maihama station, which is walking distance to Disneyland. The beds were comfortable, room was spacious, coffee was good, toiletries were high quality. Overall a fantastic stay! The hotel also has an on-site convinience store and Disney store.

Spacious room with a great view of the bay. it has a great location that is close to public transportation, restaurants, and convenient stores, not to mention it provides free shuttle bus to both Disney parks.

We are a family of 4, visiting Disneyland and Sea so Hyatt Regency was an excellent location, just 1 train station away, connecting bus was few minutes walk away. Facilites were at their best, peace of mind. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The view from the room was exceptional, also located in the quiet area so it was really nice.

They are very friendly and have great customer service! They also give out goodies to each guests daily! The foot massager machine is a life saver for a long day of walking. They also decorated our room for our Honeymoon!

- Size of our room was amazing! It actually felt spacious and comfortable. - While not being one of the official Disney hotels which give you Happy Entry, it is close enough that after a long day (or days) at the Disney parks, it is close enough where you don't dread the journey home. - Our room and the hotel in general felt clean and well maintained. - Bayside station which connects you to Disneyland, Disneysea and Maihama station, is a 5 minute walk away - There is a free shuttle bus which can take you to and from the station to the front of the hotel which is useful when you arrive and leave since the walk involves a short uphill section which isn't fun with luggage. - Staff were friendly and welcoming and speak English (we can't speak any Japanese) - Water pressure from the shower was strong (not a deal breaker but definitely something you appreciate after you experience the opposite)
