Julie was super accommodating from the start! She came to pick us up when we couldn’t find the place, and dropped off some local donuts on the first morning. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had a stocked kitchen. The location is so incredibly close to the beach it’s amazing! Only about 5 or so minute walk. And on the beach there’s a couple resorts with good restaurants. The apartment complex and apartments felt very safe.

    The room (family suite) we had booked wasn’t available during check in so we got an upgrade to the paradise suite for our whole stay as compensation. It was a great sized room for us and two children. The kids loved the waterpark. The food was good throughout our stay. I’d suggest more variety though. Front office were very responsive before and during the trip. Brenda was very helpful during our stay. The life guards at the pool were very attentive when it wasn’t crowded.

    Babysitting! and kids activities !! Sharon (at the kids club) was very helpful with the kids, everyday they have a set of activities for the kids at the kids club. The kids loved it there and also had loads of fun at the aqua park and pools . gave us some US time to explore the spa ! . the kids even tried their hands at some sand castles at the beach. it’s a public beach though, and the tides can get pretty low, that makes it quite dirty with lots of seaweeds , otherwise, it was great.
