The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They helped a lot with things that we needed to get done. The food was amazing as well (more on this in the parts that were a bit out if place) Overall it was a great experience! Mr. Wamoto is doing a stellar job!

Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! We will most certainly return when in Nairobi again and have already shared with family and friends.
