This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

The staff was incredible. Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The host was courteous and absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and exceeded my expectations. It was spacious compared to similar places in Seoul, easily accommodating a family of 4 to 6 people. The amenities were excellent—just like being in your own home. It’s clear that the host put a lot of effort into making the place look this beautiful. The location is excellent, close to key attractions south of the Han River. I’ve stayed in many places in Seoul over the past years, but this was by far the best experience in every aspect. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. The place was nice and easy to find. There are lots of restaurants and things around. Close to the KSPO Dome, which was great. The owner was welcoming, helpful, and easy to contact. The place was clean and spacious. I would stay here again!

I loved all the restaurants are around the hotel. Giving movie tickets and discounts for the spa was great as well.
