Host was wonderful. Room was clean, air conditioning worked great which was a bonus just coming from a cooler place. Bathroom was spacious and spotless. Host brought me fresh coconut water in the morning. Perfect place to stay before or after the airport. Tuk tuk from airport cost me less than 500 rupees.

During a three week trip in Sri Lanka, I stayed in properties with at least 9 rating on booking.com. This was easily the best of these, which means it was very good. The apartment is a luxury condo with a great view, something like this would be $400 a night on Miami Beach. And it has all the right touches and amenities to be up to top Western standards. The service by Camilas is better than what you get in a 5-star Western hotel, for example I was worried about an airport transfer in the middle of the night, so he drove me himself in his own car as a courtesy. That's just his level of thoughtful service. This is the best of the best for my trip in Sri Lanka.
