It’s been a fantastic experience staying at Muduna Walawwa Resort! We received a warm welcome. The place is absolutely fantastic, I adored fascinating authentic wooden interior design! With a cute White Tiger toy on the wooden bench next to our room. Nice wooden bed with comfortable matress and pillows (the best pillows so far in Sri Lanka). Super clean! A clean bathroom, towels, AC and heated water, great shower, And you feel like home! They even have a box of toys for kids! The manager Surein was suuuper friendly and helpful, arranged for us the best deal city tour! All staff are nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! I should mention that the experience exceeded my expectations and made my family very happy! Overall I’m extremely pleased with both the service and the resort, and would gladly recommend it!

This hotel is far better than in the pictures. While quite a bit outside the city, the landscape is breathtaking. The facilities are all clean, well taken care of. The infinity pool was a highlight, and we'll needed after travelling. The staff was always courteous and friendly, and the dinner and breakfast had plenty of options for a reasonable price. This was the best hotel i stayed in Sri Lanka, and would book again in a heartbeat.
