Very clean and comfortable room! The staff were super friendly and attentive.. made me feel right at home. The the pool and garden area is very pretty and I loved the location, quiet but only a 15 min walk from the beach strip area. Also the hostess makes a yummy breakfast with the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted! I hope to be back.

Stunning property with amazing staff and delicious food. Sasini and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Villas are large and come with a kitchen & washing machine. Short tuk tuk ride to the beach or you can walk as well. Grocery store is nearby as well as convenience mart for water.

Everything at the Villa was 10/10!! Sunith and Januka took such great care of us and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The breakfasts were great and the general level of service was incredible! We were also able to rent a motorbike at a good price and get a Tuk Tuk service from the train Station and a taxi up to Negambo through the hotel, making everything very easy!! We will definitely return on our next trip to Sri Lanka and can 100% recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.

What a wonderful property in the South of Sri Lanka. Fortunately enough we met the owners who truly were excellent hosts. All the team member are so very attentive, professional and polite. Wonderful sourrounding to relax and enjoy the nature. The food was very well presented and taste delicious. Nice selection of drinks and wine. The place for a few nights in true tranquility and bliss. Highly recommended. Go and try it yourself!

The decor was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, the location was quiet and peaceful without being remote, and everything was very clean. The included breakfast was also extremely generous (cakes, omelette, juice, coffee, hoppers, all served at once like a big spread).
