I had the best stay at Villa25, with lovely hosts always smiling and there for you if you need anything ! The breakfast and diner cook by the mum is so yummy ! And very cheap ! The place is beautiful and quiet in the middle of the jungle 🌱♥️ You can book for a tour around Kandy with the son. I even went for a walk around the neighbourhood with his dad and I had such a good time with him 😊 I felt so peaceful there thank you so much for this amazing stay ! ✨🫶🏼 I highly recommend Villa25 ♥️

Clean, aesthetically pleasing rooms and lobby with lots of space. Everything in the room worked well, no hiccups. Prime location next to the river, excellent service. Everyone was supper attentive to us.

My week-long stay in this family-run villa nestled in the heart of Kandy was nothing short of extraordinary. Waking up to such beauty every day was a blessing I didn’t know I needed. The outdoor shower was a highlight, offering a unique and invigorating experience. Showering while gazing at the mountains was an absolute delight and something I looked forward to each day. It’s these thoughtful touches that truly make a stay unforgettable. The villa’s cleanliness was impeccable, and the hosts’ suggestions for activities helped me explore Kandy in ways I hadn’t imagined. The value for the quality of service and experience provided is exceptional, making every penny spent well worth it. While the evening dining options nearby were somewhat limited, it was a small trade-off for the peace and beauty the location offered. This minor aspect could not tarnish the overall brilliance of my stay. To anyone looking for a serene getaway with outstanding hospitality and natural beauty, this villa in Kandy is a perfect choice. The venue, arrangement, food and hospitality were all top tier. Would definitely recommend to a friend or a colleague to pay a visit to stay here. Mr. Pathirana, the owner warmly welcomed us and briefed us about the facilities and amenities. He recommended us the exceptionally good Pittu (which we claim the best Pittu we ever had) cooked for dinner by his cook, Mr. Chaminda. And he recommended to us their special Kiribath (milk rice) made from a special rice for breakfast. The room was very cozy and had everything we needed. The room had a bathroom and an outdoor shower carved out of a single granite. The backyard of the room was a small hill, grown with flowers and vegetables. On top of the hill (about 25m-50m away from the room), there was a swing decorated with flowers. The dinner and the breakfast were filling and tasty. Mr. Asanka warmly arranged the table for us. After breakfast, Mr. Chaminda walked us to their nearby land to show us their vegetable garden, water lily (Olu) pond and the well next to the Kubuk tree. It was an unforgettable stay for us and we thank Mr. Pathirana, Mr. Chaminda, Mr. Asanka and Mr. Pathirana's wife for that.

A gorgeous hideaway on a hill where you can lookout onto the water and contemplate life. I had a very special stay here. The host was a beautiful and peaceful man who made my stay what it was. Wonderful meals and just a lovely place with all types of wildlife passing through to bask in the serenity.
