The location is nice, there are a few shops right before the entrance to the inner yard, also there is Linella in a few minutes walk. The inner yard also has a playground. The staff was fantastic! Incredibly polite and willing to help. The apartment itself was pretty clear, warm and bright. There was everything I needed, including single use cosmetics, tea, coffee and many more.
