The authenticity of the place is stunning. Staff and their services were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It reflects the management they have at the hotel … hats off to the GM. The restaurant area along with the food and beverage are both amazing. Best location in town! Everything can be reached in distance walking.

We stayed at the Ibis and couldnt sleep at all. The Novotel was a welcome change. We regretted not booking the Novotel for all our nights in UB. The room was clean, spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and best of all you didnt hear noise form the outside which was a huge problem at the IBIS.

Host and his mother are kind, wise, and helpful. We were able to organize a very good trip, with an outstanding driver, on short notice at a fair price. Great location and reasonable price. An excellent place to meet other travelers.
