Our room was great. Clean, confortable and cozy. We had a nice balcony and all the amenities needed + more. The minibar was full at ariving and did not had to pay for that unless refilled. We had teas and coffee in the room as well. I especially enjoyed the big flat screen as I could watch my Netflix series before getting asleep 😆 and the wonderful bed. Special thanks to all the staff who was always helpful and nice: Regie, Sofi, Deepak, Nikesh, Santiago, the chef from the inside restaurant. The girls from the reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone made our stay excellent! The breakfast was surprinsingly variate and so not expected on our side. First night (and later decided on all the other nights) we had dinner at the restaurant ALTA CUCINA of the hotel and the food was delicious. Plus we got a bottle of wine on the house in our first night. We tried almost everything from the menu. Absolutely delicious! I also loved the SPA area, though the services were a bit pricey comparing to everything else, which I did not try so I cannot evaluate properly. However, the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna were free of charge. I regret I did not make it to see the rooftoop pool, although I have thought about that before leaving. Well, it can count as a reason to come back sometime soon, right? 😁 The shuttle from the airpoirt to the hotel and viceversa was an inspired choice, as we had to cross most of the country to get to BWP. What I did not realize was the difference on the timing, as Booking apparently considered the Romanian timezone, and we were actually at one hour difference in Malta. This is something you shall consider if you opt for shuttle. Luckily, I checked the app in time and everything went smooth with that too. We even got a postcard from the driver as a souvenir which was very nice. People there are very friendly and open, always willing to help. Malta was a great stay for me and I would recommend Best Western Premier Hotel 100%. Thank you! ❤️

I absolutely enjoyed my time here as it was welcoming, comfortable, and I had a gorgeous view from my room. It was a peaceful place to stay and I enjoyed waking up and having coffee with a nice view of the sea. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I felt right at home.

    We were there with 2 kids (1 and 3 years old) and we enjoyed the whole week thanks a lot Housekeeper Aj and their team Rajat ,Anil & Guru to taking care about all our request all the time... with 2 kids we had many:) Location was perfect, we really liked the children playground area, sliders in the children pool, biger sloders into the pool and not into the pool, kids club, Opposite the hotel many restaurant with inside playgrounds... many many kids friendly people

    The staff at Double Tree wwre very accomadating. I did not realise when booking the twin superior room for my family that their was no bath available in their lovely bathrooms. I wanted one for our baby and they ended up getting us a baby bath withing a few hours!! They were so helpful and really friendly towards children.

    Apartment situated in calm area of St Paul Bay however still close to the sea & restaurants. Public parking located nearby. Apartment equipped with everything you might need including even beach toys for small children. For a family stay, it is perfect choice.

    Everything was just perfect, except for the weather occasionally (we had some short heavy rains), but it was mid-December. Still, we saw a few swimmers in the sea! The staff was exceptional, they provided everything we asked for and then more. Breakfast is perfect, for any taste, a huge choice. There are indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzies, on the bottom and top floors, of a good size, also infinity pools on the top. Just perfect for families with children, a lot of content for kids. One of the best things was the value for money paid!

    The hotel is in a very good location. Rooms clean and spacious. Nice service. Lots of fun for children and a swimming pool downstairs. Rooftop swimming pool for adults. In the evening, there is a disco or other attractions such as bingo by the pool. The whole family remembers this stay very well and we are already planning a return trip and who knows, maybe it will be this hotel again.

    I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the hotel staff I interacted with, especially Iana and her colleague. They graciously provided my family with an excellent room and allowed us to check-in early (at 10:30, instead of the standard 15:00). Additionally, I'd like to express my appreciation for the wonderful breakfast and dinner. Kudos to all the restaurant staff for their warm and child-friendly approach!
