We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

Our host Mario was very accommodating! Easy, friendly check in. Everything we needed in the room. Hot showers, comfortable bed, very large space, impeccably clean, coffee maker with coffee and tea. Our host gave found us an amazing breakfast restaurant and a ride to the airport. Could not have asked for more.

The hosts were really good at communicating for check-in. My timings changed a few times over the week, and yet they were super helpful and acommodating to my needs.

The spa was beautiful and peaceful! I took a swim in the pool and Juan Carlos gave me a tour of the cenote that is on the property! The bed was sooooo comfortable and the rooms were quiet and nice. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Very good location. It’s in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance 24/7 so if you’re concerned about feeling secure this is an excellent place. The beach is minutes away and it is gorgeous. White sand and turquoise water and plenty of local seafood very close by. It’s also close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The room itself is compact but comfortable. The king bed helped a lot and the AC was nice and cold.

Casa Iola is a recently renovated homestay in Cancún where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden, and terrace.
