Under promised and over delivered... I was surprised to find really cool AC, really hot water, and Roku. The rooms were sound proofed from the street noise. Renovated room. The lady who greeted me had a lot of character and a sense of humor.... I think:)

The pool and jacuzzi are nice. I think that the water should be replaced, the smell of the water is already something not very good. I liked the cleanliness and the attention of the staff.

The location is really nice, and can walk to the Veracruz port. The surrounding is beautiful and the room is really nice. Also, the most important, I made a mistake when I book the hotel (I booked in another day), and finally the staff helped us to get a room when I arrived. I really appreciate it.
