Our stay was perfect. To be completely honest, there were a few (very!) minor things to improve on: some of the staff was obviously new to the job, the wine list was composed of one red and one white wine, some of the facilities were not finished yet (e.g. dive shop). That being said, everyone was super-friendly, helpful, motivated - we had an absolutely great time, my daughter and me. No problem stayed unsolved. The rooms were more than comfortable, the architecture of the place is beautiful, the setting on the beach and near the pool is gorgeous. If somehow possible, we will return, hopefully with all of my three daughters. Warmest thanks to the management of the hotel and of the group (and to the operations team), who are doing a difficult job in a complicated legal, tax, technical, etc. environment, but who recruited a team of motivated and cheerful young people putting real effort in their work, who are thriving for perfection, and who earned my admiration for the open-minded attitude to improvement and learning. Bravo! On a side note: we hiked in the jungle, we went for diving, was real fun. All (perfectly!) organised by the resort.

The island is SO beautiful and the rooms are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is exceptional. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely be coming back!

Nice unit. Right in front of the beach. Comfy beds. Clean bathroom. For wifi u can hang out at the office for better reception. The beach is well maintained. Breakfast is sufficient. U can go snorkeling, bicycle ride, hiking. Kg Genting is on the quiet side of Tioman so expect a very chill and layback environment here.

Dormitory Pondok is located in Tioman Island, a few steps from Mentawak Beach and 7.8 miles from ABC Beach Jetty. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a sea view.

The hostel with really nice, the beds are really comfortable, AC in the room and nice common area to chill. Next to the beach, breakfast is good and the staff really nice 🙂

Beach shack was great in all ways! The staff is very nice, the location is perfect and on a beautiful beach. We loved our room which was more then enough space for two to sleep and we really enjoyed having a little front porch. Breakfast is a lovely bonus and a sizable coffee or tea included. Best place to stay in Juara, and you can even enjoy a lovely taxi ride through the jungle and ride in the bed of the truck to see all the views! The common space/deck is pretty big and a great spot for book reading on a hammock

I have nothing to say. All were excellent! The beach in front of your room, the location is really excellent, the room was very clean.
