The arrangement and comfort of the room, I was there with my kids,they had children's bed. In the morning breakfast was also ready. The staffs were friendly. Very nice hotel to stay for holidays.

I LOVED the location. I expected it to be quiet, as with Friesland and all, but it's literally at the end of a dead end dirt road, I'm guessing typically only reached by boat -- I reached it by bicycle via the gravel track. And it's tranquil, I just sat on the pier in the evening (then had my breakfast there in the morning), it was the perfect first leg of my trip, instantly switching off my city dweller reflexes (playing with a gadget at all times). Oh yes, and breakfast is also a very lovely touch, you get your order in a little crate, then can sit with it on the pier, on the terrace, wherever you want, and enjoy the hopefully silk morning weather. (And argue with the robins that want some of your bread.) So yeah, if you want to switch off, come here.

We stayed in room 5 and it was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby.Location excellent. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again

Really lovely family run hotel situated right on the canal. Nothing was to much trouble and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was great with many options. We did have to walk two farms down for breakfast. This location no longer serves breakfast ( it did two years ago when i also stayed there.) But two doors down is another farm similarly outfitted owned by the same family and our breakfast was served there. We arrived later than expected but received a phone call from the owner when we were on the way, telling us how to access our room, if reception was already closed.
