To begin, very friendly staff, we were well received upon arrival. The place is very cozy and we enjoyed everything about our stay here. The location is a short walk from the station and also from the centre. The breakfast was of great value as well. Would definitely recommend the place.

Excellent, Excellent Location as we had to have access to Leiden Train Centre! We were contacted(Canadians)after departure about 2 items left behind. Extraordinary, given the little value of items. Welcoming Staff, comfortable Room which was up to Great Dutch Standards!

We got a corner room on the 11th floor with an amazing view, right above the station so we were able to go around to other cities pretty quick. The room had a huge bed, and cleaning staff were always helpful. I would've wanted a slightly bigger desk tho to work on.
