Beautifully built property by Manuel and his friend. Best room on the trek. Manuel cooked a beautiful meal for us and we had a wonderful time at dinner hearing his story. This is really what makes trekking so special in Peru, connecting with the locals and hearing their amazing stories.

Great staff (including the person at the reception desk and the woman that cooks food for breakfast and dinner). The room was dorm style, but a maximum of three beds per room was nice. Warm showers provided (warm water isn't always guaranteed though).

The host family is very nice, gave us a warm welcome and even prepared excellently cooked dinner for us. Not to mention the delicious breakfast with homebrewed coffee (they even sell coffeebeans). During the entire stay we felt very comfortable with them. They gave us background information of Macchu Picchu and the Salkantay trek and answered all our questions. The room and bathroom are spacious and the shower has hot water. In the garden you have the chance to see beautiful plants and hummingbirds. The location is calm and we slept good. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lia B&B. This was our favourite stay along the Salkantay trek, we did the coffee tour with Freddy which absolutely exceeded our expectations! Dinner and breakfast provided were great. We had a great time staying here
