We loved staying here so much - excellent value, central location, comfy beds and hot showers! But the best thing about our stay l were the owners of the hotel, who were so wonderful and friendly, helped us when we were struggling with altitude sickness and really went above and beyond to make our time in Huaraz amazing. Had a great stay here! A lovely family run hotel just a short walk from the main plaza, all felt very safe. The staff were all friendly and helpful - I didn’t get the name of the man on the front desk but he went above and beyond to help with my stay in Huaraz. Rooms are recently renovated and very clean and modern with good wifi, hot water and balconies.

All the plants, the complimentary breakfast, the business’ and staffs’ transparency in how they operate, our room was very nice, and the staff was very nice. It was very easy to enter and we loved the private balcony and the communal dining area. Oh and the fire was lovely.
