Frank and the staff were very accommodating and made sure we were always taken care of. The food was amazing and we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the Amazon! The naturally beautiful location right on the water was just superb!

Excellent, rustic stay and our guides Christian and Segundo couldn't have been better! Very cool guys and they are legit one with nature they know EVERYTHING about the Amazon life. The lodge itself is super cool - literally in the middle of the jungle. And the food is the best part of the stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner and they make sure you're never hungry! Excellent stay, felt safe the entire time including the included transportation from the airport and back. Highly recommend Jacamar if you want to truly experience the Amazon of Peru.

Staff was extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating. The canopy/zipline course is fantastic. Food was delicious with good portions. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was served at the table - choice of eggs and always delicious fruit. Roberto, our guide, was wonderful - very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the Amazon with a witty sense of humor. Really enjoyed seeing the pink river dolphins in a large pod one morning on our way to fish for pirranha - another fun experience. Also greatly enjoyed visit with Yaguas, a local native tribe. got to hold a juvenile sloth! surprisingly soft fur.
