The host and the Property Manager were both exceptional and very considerate. Our flights had been changed numerous times by the airline and had to be in Cebu at 2am, I messaged Apple and with no hesitation, she accommodated our very early check-in. It is something I have never encountered with all our family travel. The place was very homey, very comfortable, and safe. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, water isn’t an issue unlike other places. The security guards in the building were also very friendly and helpful, they assisted us in getting our ride every time we go out to explore the city. Our overall stay was exceptional and we enjoyed staying in it, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to the Host, Alan and to the Property Manager, Apple, you made our first visit to Cebu an enjoyable and pleasurable one. God Bless.

The very convenient location and the fact that the mall is just connected to the hotel. The Misto restaurant was also good for our daily breakfast buffet. Lastly, we got the best view from our 16th floor room.
