The lady at the reception desk was very friendly. She even kindly agreed to wake me up in the middle of the night to make sure I didn’t miss my early flight. The hotel itself, as well as the room I stayed in, was very neat and clean. All facilities, including the hairdryer in the room and all kitchen appliances in the public kitchen area, were available. The location of the hotel is excellent – it takes just a short taxi ride to reach the departures hall. Long story short, the hotel has more than everything one might need for a short stay before flying from Balice.

Very helpful staff! The gentleman (unfortunately i don't know his name), who came to pick us up from the airport came even quicker then we could find the pick up spot. It was late at night, and then he dropped us back off as early as 5 a.m. while being very friendly! We really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!

The host is very attentive and very nice to talk to, it's quite easy to get there, the location is very convenient, 10 min by taxi to the airport (+the host offers an airport shuttle for 50 PLN), and the owners left sweets, which was very nice 🥰 the shower is clean, everything is clean. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a kettle for brewing herbal tea, cutlery and other kitchen utensils - which is very good, and the price is also nice! I'm very glad I stayed, I'll definitely come back again if I have the opportunity 🙂 Book it - you won't regret it, i loved it :)

The people were were very helpful and friendly. We were exhausted and they helped us to check in early. Recommend communicating any needs you have ahead of time. The owners are very accommodating if you let them know. They made a good recommendation for dinner to be delivered.
