Front desk staff were all great, i had an emergency and they did amazing work to make sure that everything went fine including communication with rental company/ airline ticket offices etc and also got us a breakfast box ready for our very early checkout

Staff went above and beyond - friendly check in, little gifts for our baby, helped us book a taxi, and dinner reservations. We had a very early flight, and they were able to accommodate us with a breakfast to go and bottles of water/coffee. Room was nicely appointed/comfortable and baby crib was set up when we arrived. The pool was warm.

The staff went over and beyond to accomodate our requests and to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. The salt water pool was awesome with comfortable lawn chairs and bathroom/shower facilities. Will certainly return!!

Excellent place, pretty new near the ocean. Great view, well equipped flats. Friendly & helpful staff. Nothing bad about this place, I really enjoyed my stay there.

I usually do not write reviews, but this place deserves it. The location is perfect (in the middle of the island and close to all services), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are tasty, and the host is wonderful, always looking out for your needs. I can't think of any better place to stay on the island.

Clean and Cosy room, with nice furniture, everything looked new. Very clean bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful, we received a lot of useful information and good suggestions.

Everything was exceptional. Staff was awesome and very helpful, just wonderful. The property was absolutely beautiful, it has a wonderful history, great architecture, wonderfully preserved/maintained, in a great location. Staying here added so much to our trip, so much more than staying in a traditional hotel.

This is a new hotel in great location. The staff is determined to get everything right. We ate a breakfast , lunch and dinner at the hotel. All the food was fabulous. My traditional steam cooked pork with vegetables was outstanding. The staff booked our cabs and helped us maximize our time. I wish we could have stayed longer.

highly recommend staying at Solar de Santos André! I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!
