We experienced amazing hospitality during our stay. The building was extraordinarily refurbished, and will be especially appreciated by those who like the character and spaciousness of historic homes. The pool was a lovely place to spend the afternoon, especially watching the sunset over the valley while having some wine and cheese. We enjoyed the large and delicious breakfast, too. We'll definitely come back.

It is the perfect place for a family stay. The house had everything we needed to cook the food, both inside and outside. It is a quite place with a fantastic view over the vineyards and the river. Our kid enjoyed the pool area, especially when the lovely donkey Nikita came by :) The territory is well kept and the staff is polite (and even easy and interesting to speak with even if you don't speak Portuguese). Till the next time!

The owners could not have been kinder. The lady had my heart as you can tell she loves her property and her garden. This property was like a hidden oasis. It was perfect in every way with an exceptional shower and lots of hot water! We would love to visit again sometime!

Everything was beautiful! It’s a 800 year old building but in pristine and very chique furniture & design. It has recent expansion and it is top quality walls, bedroom & bathroom. The view from rooms, lounge, patio, pool, and dining room is pristine like a painting. The owner and those that work there are incredibly friendly, kind & accommodating. We felt like they were family’s The dinner, wine & desserts were top of the line. I highly recommend the place and if ever visiting Portugal, will stay again!
