it is really a nice place. very clean. new rooms . hot water . fast internet . the owners are very good , they have a charging cable for ev cars 5 to 7 kwh and they let u charge free . it is in a silent place .

The apartment is completely renovated and has all the basic amenities you need for a short stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the entire apartment is clean and spacious. There is a store right in front of the building and a restaurant across the street. It's not that close to the city center, but it's a great place to stay if you have a car (location-wise) or if you would like to explore Borča/Zemun.

Everything was so brand new and luxoury. I and my girlfriend stay normal room and king room. I have to say that king room is great and so enjoyable. It was like a fairytale. Despite of the hotel is so new, everything was so beautiful. Andrej was so supportive 7/24 and we never felt alone or desperate about our issues or our questions about Belgrade. If I go to Belgrade again I know I have a room in Iva Old Town. Thank you so much for everything
