Beautiful and scenic. Service was top notch! The drive to Lake Kivu was gorgeous. When we got there we were greeted with refreshments. Staff was very warm and welcoming. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms and even made special arrangements for the same. Making payments was not a problem. Food was good especially the Captain Fish with mushroom sauce! The rooms were clean, spacious, cosy and very comfortable. The shower was really good with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was a treat on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous lake and the garden. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious retreat!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The host welcomed us with a smile, offered local tips, and was always available for anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is ideal—quiet, but close to the town center and hot springs. A gem in Gisenyi!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ubucuti! The accommodations were immaculate and offered a stunning view of Lake Kivu. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Savine and the manager, Jean Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room package also included access to a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, and a car cleaning service for guests who drove themselves. They are also available to help organize various activities, including boat rides and jet skiing.
