Room #22 was spacious and bed comfortable. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom large and beautiful. Breakfast room very nice with traditional European breakfast Dinner at same restaurant was also very nice.

My wife and I have stayed here many times in the past under the previous owners. Due to covid and illness, this was our first occasion under the new ownership. Everything as expected, friendly, helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast and freedom to come and go as we pleased during the day. BBC channel on TV enabled the general election drama to be watched as it happened!

Very helpful staff. I arrived long before checkin, but they let me have my room early, and even gave me an extra breakfast. Also, excellent location, very near the railway/bus station.
