It was truly exceptional. Words cannot describe the hospitality we were treated with. Everything was perfect - the food, the views, rooms and facilities for kids. But that would be nothing without the people who have created this place. They were not only helpful and kind to all the guests, but also committed to make every single person feel well-cared for.

Nice and charming small hotel on a hill with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean; the view from the balcony was lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing and quiet stay. Breakfast was great and the staff was really friendly. You can eat lunch/dinner in the hotel restaurant, and everything we had was tasty.

We stayed one night in Hotel Pokljuka, and used it as a base for a long day hike in the spectacular Julian Alps. The rooms were clean and comfy. We ate dinner and breakfast here, and the food was excellent. We used the free Bled shuttle to reach this hotel.

Peter was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He provided us with fantastic recommendations for places to visit, the best viewpoints, local restaurants, and even hidden gems like supermarkets and local diamonds. His helpfulness and knowledge of the area made our trip seamless and truly special. Highly recommended! The place was cosy, heated, the hosts provide everything you will need for cutlery hot water etc.

Everything was spectacular! The rooms are amazing, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is so diverse and full of options. Also, I can’t say this enough: everyone needs to try their dinner! It was absolutely the best food we had in all of our 2 week trip in Slovenia! They are aiming to get a Michelin star and I think they deserve one.

Beautiful, clean house, fully equipped for even a longer stay (our was just 2 days). Big enough for 4-5 families with kids. The host was so nice, I have no words! She gave us the bigger apartment for no extra charge because Booking didn't show we were arriving with 3 kids. All the stuff is free of charge, coffee, vine, all that is needed for cooking, a whole ground floor with a laundry room (washer, dryer). Everything is just so beautiful and has a luxurious feel to the whole house. Exceptional is really what this place deserves as a rating, cause it is.
