Perfect location above the city centre. It is a little bit uphill from the main square, but no problem to get there in a short time by foot. You have nice view of the city from the outdoor seating. The rooms have nice new furniture. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. Though we prefer the more spacious, deluxe rooms, even the standard, value oriented room was fine for us. The A/C definitely helps in the summer time, especially in the attic. We loved the facility overall. The whole site is well kept. The swimming pool and spa is a very nice bonus for the price. The sauna only operates in the afternoon, though. Breakfast was included and we were well fed. :) We even used the restaurant a couple of times and no matter what we picked from the a la cart menu, everything was excellent. Unless you have a very, very good reason to stay directly in Banska Stiavnica, stay here instead. You'll thank me afterwards. :)

The location was wonderful! It was peaceful, clean and private. It is a short walk to Pocuvadlo reservoir where you can swim, boat or fish. There are bicycles available as well as firewood for evening fires or if you choose, a barbecue with supplies available at the campground. We also loved the air conditioned tent and the delicious breakfast made by our hosts! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
