Lovely , well equipped villa right on the beach which has lovely soft sand. numerous restaurants and bars about 10 minutes walk along the beach (to the left). The 7/11 is on the main road just across the road from these restaurants. If you go along the beach to the right there is a very good massage place on the beach and a bar next to that (again about a 10 minute walk away). Great swimming pool. Jay (property manager) was very helpful, she arranged hiring mopeds for us and also arranged a clinic appointment including a taxi to and from it when one of our party was ill.

We absolutely loved our stay! Gabrio was an incredible host whose communication (before, during, and after our stay) was excellent and he even helped arrange a rental car/motorbike for us to use. The villa and the views themselves are as stunning as the photos show and we especially loved that we were close enough to walk to the beach but still had a feeling of being by itself off on a local street. Jaeb and her son were wonderful in-house staff- I recommend taking advantage of her delicious cooking!

The open plan apartment is amazing. The fact the pool is almost inside the living room is great. It’s really close to an amazing and quiet beach. There’s a lot of restaurants close by. Amazing stay.

Excellent for a rest, staff super friendly and helpfully. I have read some critics on the house (old etc…) but to be honest this is a beach house so they don’t make much sense… everything works such fine. We hesitated between the house and a 5star hotel and we are very happy of our choice.

Amazing place! We have booked it by accident, just after arriving to Koh Samui, but we never regretted it. When we got there, we were immediately enchanted with the place. Charming, stylish houses hidden between the trees, right at the beach. We had house in the second row, but it only added to the sense of privacy. Great terrace with vintage fans allowing for relaxing evening, well equipped house with comfortable furniture. Great bakery on the spot offering hot bread, rolls, cakes and whatever you may like for breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts and staff. What else you might want? We will miss this place... If you seek sterile, state-of-the-art hotel with all modern amenities - go somewhere else. If you want privacy, nature, relax, quiet neighbourhood and friendly atmosphere, and you don't care if some of the appliances do not work exactly like they should - that's place for you. Thank You! P.S. Shops, restaurants etc. are within 15-20 min walking distance, so you should consider renting a car or scooter, for your comfort. Hosts without problem will help you finding reliable provider.
