The house is clean, wide, and equipped with all the appliances you needed. 5 of us staying in two rooms find it very comfortable. The host is very helpful and informative, shared us useful tips and assisted us whenever we need help. There is also a book providing all the information of nice local foods, shop nearby, tuk tuk number and many more. They also provided free snacks and mineral drinks! Overall, we are satisfied with the stay and highly recommended. Walking distance 15min to Lee garden from the house.

Location is good, it's walking distance from Hat Yai train station (about 8 - 10 mins) and easy to walk to night market and shops for food and massage. They prepared a single bed for my booking of 3 pax, clean and quick response to request during the stay.

The hotel definitely looks as shown here. Rooms and facilities are extremely modern and clean and well looked after. Room was extremely well furnished and spacious. Definitely would stay here again and possibly a bit longer to explore surroundings. We used this hotel as a stop between Bangkok and transfer to Koh-Lipe Island.
